Information entered into tools
The risk calculator runs in your browser. This website’s code does not send calculator inputs to a server or save them in browser storage.
Enquiry drafts
The Contact page creates a text file on your device using the details you enter. It does not send the enquiry to PunjabFX. The file may contain personal information; handle or delete it as you would any personal document.
Cookies and analytics
The default preview does not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies. TradingView market widgets load automatically on the homepage, Signals and Market Analysis pages. This connects your browser to TradingView and its data services, which may process IP addresses, device information and cookies under their own privacy policy. If live Firebase integration is enabled, Google Firebase processes authentication and database connections; administrator sign-in uses session persistence in the browser. Hosting providers may keep access logs such as IP addresses, request times and requested pages. The final operator must identify its provider, purposes and retention periods.
External websites
If you follow an external link, that site’s own privacy practices apply. Branding and styles are served locally; no external font service is used. Market tickers and charts connect to TradingView. When enabled, the live feed and administrator sign-in load Firebase scripts from Google. The Vantage link includes an affiliate identifier, which may be used by the provider to attribute referrals.
Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information and to complain to a relevant supervisory authority. The final operator must provide a verified contact route for such requests.
Future services
Before enabling payments, member accounts, marketing subscriptions or server-side enquiries, the operator must explain what information is collected, why, the applicable legal basis, recipients, retention and any international transfers.
